Man arrested after reportedly walking downtown naked
Kyler XXXXXXXXXX was arrested Friday night after police responded to a report of him being naked in downtown Des Moines, according to a police report.

Police were called to Fourth Street and Court Avenue because they received reports of a man standing naked in the middle of the street.

When officers arrived, XXXXXXXXXX was naked and standing with his eyes closed, according to the police report. When the officer told him to put his hands behind his back, XXXXXXXXXX reportedly started running. He eventually stopped and was taken into custody, according to the report.

XXXXXXXXXX pupils were dilated, his balance unsteady, and he was not making sense, according to the report.

Also according to police, he admitted to smoking hash. He was taken to and released from Methodist and the booked in the Polk County Jail.
