Is this where he pissed in a tequila bottle before the set and then passed out shots of "tequila" to the crowd and they had no idea it was piss until the end when he showed the video of him pissing in the bottle?

I'd kill a mofo. But then again, this had to be fake, because unless you were already completely blackout drunk, how would you not know it was piss instead of tequila?

Alright....I read the whole thing. I had heard about the tequila/piss part, but didn't realize all the other depressing shit that went on.

Fat Mike is either the most brilliant entertainer in punk rock or he has completely lost his fucking mind and is spiraling out of control.

Either way, I need to see footage of this!

I don't know much about Fat Mike, but even if this was all a big joke, he's still a messed-up dude

That part about seeing a girl getting carried & taken away to get raped is seriously fucked up.

oh. thats why the name was familiar. my first public "performance" was playing together on the sand for a high school talent show audition. it did not go well. no f x sucks and they are assholes. $35 shorts in 1993 and making people line up that paid to get into their show pay another dollar because they werent getting enough money. fuck em. no care ever.

Yeah, this.

I mean, even if you don't listen to NOFX, Fat Mike is probably one of the more prolific dudes in punk rock over the last 25+ years. It'd be like never having heard of Greg Graffin or Mike Ness or Milo Aukerman.

greg graffin? no clue
mike ness- i know from watching another state of mind. and have too many friends that were way into social distortion.
milo- i saw all in 1990? because bill stevenson was in it. found out they used to be descendants.

i think youre referring to pop punk and not punk rock. semantics.

Bad Religion, Social Distortion and NOFX aren't what I'd call pop punk. Descendents sorta are I guess. Whatevs. Let's argue about it.

yeah. maybe i lump to much music i dont care for into the pop punk bracket. i know more about bad religions singer from being a caller on jim rome than his music.

downloading the vid now. Definitely intrigued after reading some reviews of the show. Call me weird, but I think the pissing part was kind of genius and hilarious and punk rock.

The rest of it... i mean it just sounds like this was his way of dealing with some dark shit in his life. The stories, assuming they are true, seem pretty sad and depraved. Dude's been through some shitty times and and done some really shitty things.

I don't know what else there is to say about it really... but maybe I'll have some more commentary after the video. I mean if it's some kind of cry for pity... that would be really pathetic, but it doesn't sound like that's what he was going for.
i fucking rule.
