If anyone is interested in joining the Des Moines chapter of the American Outlaws, a US national team supporters club, hit me up at
clintm@fmh.com.
We'd basically watch all the games at our "home base" bar and travel to as many matches as we can... probably just midwest matches though. Its about $15 but you get some gear when you sign up.
-Chapter awarded free banner from national organization
-Chapter receives discounts on merch, as well as benefits in other areas
-Chapter receives free promotional swag from organizations such as NIKE
-Chapter events receive national recognition to all AO members nationwide

The Costa Rica game tomorrow is at 9:00pm. Most bars will show it. It is on ESPN. Limey's is a good place because they will usually put soccer on over anything else. I am out of town tomorrow and will be in Chicago for the Honduras match but we are going to try to get a big group together somewhere to watch the Confederations Cup next week. I will keep everyone posted in case anyone wants to join.

We are trying to get some people together to watch the USA vs. Italy game on Monday. Kickoff is at 1:30. If you are interested head to Limey's over in West Des Moines to watch it.

And this just started if anyone is interested... Its a DM American Outlaws thread on BigSoccer.com

officially for "offsides" even though the opposing player was hugging him and between him and the goal. i guess that ref did the same call in the espana game.
